Purpose： This study by comparing the Low cycle therapy and The culusterneedling of scalp point with Rehabilitation technique to treat the clinicalcurative effect of shoulder joint subluxation after stroke, for the treatmentof shoulder joint subluxation after stroke to provide a more effective and easilyaccepted by patients in rehabilitation method.Material and method：Using random table will be up to the standard ofdiagnosis and incorporated into the60patients were divided into low-cyclegroup (30cases) and The culuster needling of scalp point with Rehabilitationgroup (30cases), were observed before and after each treatment by using visualanalogue scale (VAS) scores, degree of nerve function defect grade standard ofupper limbs strength and shoulder joint subluxation curative effect determinethe clinical curative effect of standard evaluation of each group.Results：1. In terms of VAS score, compared the significant difference before and aftertreatment in both groups (P<0.05)Comparison between the two way after treatmenthad significant difference(P<0.05).2. In terms of side upper limb muscle strength rating, compared the significantdifference before and after treatment in both groups (P<0.05) treatment wasno significant difference between the two way (P>0.05).3. Comprehensive comparative effectiveness after treatment，Low cycle group of17cases had marked effect,10cases were effective,3cases had no effect, thetotal effective rate was90.00%；The culuster needling of scalp point withRehabilitation group of19cases had marked effect,9cases were effective,2cases had no effect, the total effective rate was90.00%.Conclusion：1.
