Acupuncture Combined With Rehabilitation Techniques After Stroke Shoulder Subluxation Observed Clinical Effect

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technic on shoulder subluxation after stroke, to explore a more complex and effective treatment for shoulder subluxation after stroke in clinical acupuncture treatment.Methods:A total of60patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke were randomly divided into acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group,rehabilitation group, acupuncture group according table of random number, and each group has20cases. Three groups with the same basic treatment, acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group were applied to acupuncture and rehabilitation technic for the patients, and the rehabilitation group plus rehabilitation technic, acupuncture group plus acupuncture treatment,three groups patients were treated for4weeks.Before and after treatment each patient use the simplified Fugl-Meyer Motor Assessment of upper limb rating scale score of shoulder joint movement function,as well as measure the shortest distance between the subacromial margin and articular surface of caput humeri,and then statistical analysis.Results:1.After treatment, the separation distance of shoulder subluxation in the three groups patients have different degrees of reduction, in which The acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group and rehabilitation group was obvious reduced than the acupuncture group,Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group compared with rehabilitation group the degree of reduce was also significantly,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The three groups were compared with each other of the D-value before and after,the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group, rehabilitation group respectively compared with the acupuncture group,there were significant differences (P<0.01),acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group compared with rehabilitation group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with itself of the three group before and after treatment, there were significant differences (P<0.01).2.After treatment of the three groups of patients,their shoulder joint function scores were significantly increased,in which the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group and rehabilitation group were obvious increased than the acupuncture group, there were significant differences (P<0.01),and the acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group compared with rehabilitation group,the rise was obvious too,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Three group patients’outcome through the analysis of Ridit,R Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group<R Rehabilitation group<R Acupuncture group, approach the curative effect is acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group better than rehabilitation group,and rehabilitation group better than acupuncture group.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technic treat shoulder subluxation after stroke has the function of mutual promotion,contribute to improve motor function of upper limb,narrowing the distance of shoulder subluxation,the effect was significantly better than simple acupuncture and rehabilitation therapy, these kind of therapy worthy of further study.
