Objective:Through the clustor needling of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation technique treat diabetic rats after focal cerebral infarction, observed their motor function, metabolism of serum glucolipid, IL-6 and MCP-1 in serum, ischemic area of cerebral IL-6 and MCP-1 protein. To discuss the mechanism applied to acupuncture with rehabilitation therapying rats with Diabetes ischemic stroke.Method:Establish diabetes rats then take ischemic stroke model, Randomly select 32 rats as the blank group, the other in Faken operation group. Model group, Acupuncture group, Rehabilitation group, and Acupuncture with Rehabilitation group randomly. Each group would be divided into 4 subgroups as:3,7,14,21 days, and each subgroup has 8 rats. No treatment in Blank group, Faken operation group and Model group. Acupuncture treatment was given in the acupuncture group treat, treadmill training was given in rehabilitation group, and acupuncture combined treadmill training was applied in the Acupuncture with Rehabilitation group.The motor function defected in rats at each time point of balance beam test were scored, the 14th,21st day,checked FPG,TC,TG and FINS level in blood. IL-6 and MCP-1 was measured on ELISA. The IL-6 and MCP-1 of ischemic region of cerebral cortex were tested by PV-6001.Results:1. Results of the Balance Beam test:Compared with the Sham operation group, the score of each group was significantly improved at each point (P<0.05). Compared with Model group, the score of therapy team were low (P<0.05), Compared with rehabilitation teaM、acupuncture team were low (P<0.05), after the 14th,21st day’s operation, the score of acupuncture with rehabilitation team were low (P<0.05)2. Metabolism of serum glucolipid:after the 14th,21st day’s operation, compared with Blank team and Sham operation group, the FPG、Fuis、TG、TC of each team were increased evidently (P<0.05). Compared with the Model team, the FPG, Fins, TG, TC of each team were increased evidently (P<0.05). Compared with rehabilitation team, acupuncture team, the FPG, Fins, TG, TC of acupuncture with rehabilitation team were increased clearly (P< 0.05)3. IL-6 and 3.MCP-1 in serum:after the 14th.21st day’s operation, in contrast with Model team, the IL-6 in serum of acupuncture with rehabilitation group, acupuncture team and rehabilitation team were low (P<0.05). In contrast with rehabilitation team acupuncture team, the IL-6 in serum of acupuncture with rehabilitation group were low clearly (P<0.05)4. IL-6 and MCP-1 of ischemic region of cerebral cortex:the 7th、14th、21s after operation, compared with the Model group, the IL-6. MCP-1 of ischemic area of cerebral cortex of acupuncture with rehabilitation group, acupuncture group and rehabilitation group were clearly low (P<0.05). Compared with acupuncture group and rehabilitation group, the IL-6、MCP-1 of ischemic area of cerebral cortex of acupuncture with rehabilitation group and rehabilitation group were clearly low (P<0.05)Conclusion:1. Acupuncture and rehabilitation can help recover the motor function and increase the Balance beam test results.2. Acupuncture and rehabilitation can improve metabolism of serum glucolipid of diabetic rats after focal cerebral infarction and improve insulin sensitivity and IR。3. Acupuncture and rehabilitation can improve IL-6 and MCP-1 of serum and ischemic region of cerebral cortex, Improve the body and brain tissue inflammatory state.
