Objective:By observing comparison of the therapeutic efficacy between acupuncture combined with rehabilitation treatment and rehabilitation treatment of shoulder subluxation after stroke, find a more effective and safer treatment and promote the applications in clinic. Methods:55 patients with shoulder subluxation after stroke were randomly divided into two groups:acupuncture combined with rehabilitation group 28 cases and rehabilitation group 27 cases. The acupuncture-rehabilitation group were treated with acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy, rehabilitation group were treated with rehabilitation therapy alone, treatment both for one month. Observing ipsilateral upper limb strength, shoulder joint activities (Fugl-Meyer),upper limb motor function (Fugl-Meyer) before and after treatment and comprehensive efficacy in each group.Results:(1)In ipsilateral upper limb strength, groups self-comparison had significant differences (P<0.01)before and after treatment. After treatment groups comparison results showed no significant differences(P>0.05). (2) In the evaluation of shoulder joint activities (Fugl-Meyer) and upper limb motor function (Fugl-Meyer),groups self-comparison had significant differences (P<0.01) in changing shoulder joint motion score, shoulder pain score, upper limb motor function score before and after treatment. After treatment groups comparison showed significant differences(P<0.05). (3) In comprehensive efficacy assessment, acupuncture-rehabilitation group had 16 markedly effective cases,9 effective cases,3 invalid cases, significant rate 57.14%,total effective rate 89.28%; rehabilitation group had 9 markedly effective cases,9 effective cases,9 invalid cases, significant rate 33.33%,total effective rate 66.67%.The results showed that it had no significant difference(P<0.05) in significant rate, but had significant difference(P>0.05) in total effective rate.Conclusion:1. Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy and rehabilitation therapy alone both can be effective in improving shoulder joint activities of shoulder subluxation after stroke, but the former has better efficacy in improving dyskinesia and relieving pain than the latter.2. Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy has better efficacy in improving upper limb motor function of shoulder subluxation after stroke. 3. Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy has better efficacy in treating shoulder subluxation after stroke than rehabilitation therapy, worthy of clinical.
