Clinical Observation On The Effects Of Spastic Paralysis After Stroke With Cluster Needing Of Scalp Point Combined With Rehabilitation Technique

Objective: To explore the effectiveness of cluster needing of scalp point combined with rehabilitation technique to Spastic Paralysis after Stroke .Methods: Fugl 一 Meyer, Bathel and clinical effect assessment is used to assess the motionfunction, nerve function and daily living ability of rehabilitation group and cluster needling of scalp point group combined with rehabilitation groupResults: The clinical observation shows that the motion function and daily living activeness of the cluster needling of scalp point combined with rehabilitation group patients is more superior to rehabilitation group patients(P<0.01)after treatment the nerve function of the cluster needling of scalp point combined with rehabilitation group patient is superior to rehabilitation group patients(P<0.01)after treatment.The total effectivness rate can reach to 80%.Conclusions: The cluster needling of scalp point with rehabilitation technique ave active treatment to Spastic Paralysis after Stroke, it can improve the living quality effectively.
