Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Giant Needling Combined With PNF Rehabilitation Technique In The Treatment Of Post-stroke Shoulder-hand Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of giant needling combined with PNF rehabilitation technology in the treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke.Methods:32 patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to rand function.The treatment group was treated with giant needling combined with PNF rehabilitation technology,while the control group was treated with PNF rehabilitation therapy,once a day,6 days a week,for 4 weeks.VAS score,edema score,upper limb motor function(FMA,Fugl Meyer)score and activities of daily living(ADL)score of the two groups were evaluated before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment.Results:1.In terms of VAS score,the scores of the two groups after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05);2.In terms of edema score,the scores of the two groups after treatment decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);3.In terms of upper limb FMA score,the scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment In terms of activities of daily living,the scores of the two groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05);5.In terms of clinical efficacy,the effective rate of the treatment group was 81.25%,and that of the control group was 56.25%,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Giant needling combined with PNF rehabilitation technology can effectively relieve the shoulder pain of patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke,reduce the swelling of the affected limb,improve the shoulder function of the affected limb,improve the activities of daily living of patients,and improve the clinical efficacy,which is worthy of promotion and use.
