Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Stroke Aura By Comprehensive Treatment Of Eyes And Body Acupuncture

Objective: Comparing the impact eye, body acupuncture combined therapy withthe aspirin therapy alone harbinger of stroke, stroke threatened,so as to explorenew directions threatened stroke stroke prevention.Methods:60patients who met the diagnosis criteria were randomly dividedinto treatment group (30cases) and control group (30cases). With the basictreatment,the treatment group was given eyes,body acupuncture comprehensivetreatment.Then the the control group was given nothing else.Three courseslater,we computed and compared the efficient of these two methods,the episodesbefore and after the treatment weekly,the occurrence of stroke after three months.What we waned twas a new direction of TCM comprehensive intervention for thestroke threatened.Results:1.Two groups total effective rates were96.67%and83.33%respectively aftertreatment, the rank and inspection,P﹤0.05,significant difference was foundin two groups,suggests that the clinical curative effect of treatment groupis better than the control group.2.The two groups before treatment TIA attack number of times a week,a monthby t test,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant difference;duringthe two way treatment TIA attack number of times a week,the rank and inspection,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;between the treatment groupsbefore treatment,treatment TIA attack number of times a week, the rank andinspection,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;between thecontrol group before treatment,treatment TIA attack number of times a week,the rank and inspection,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Thus draw the conclusion: in terms of reducing attack frequency of TIA, two groups have therapeutic effect,but the treatment group is better than the controlgroup.3.The treatment group have1case developed into the cerebral apoplexy, thecontrol group with6cases developed into the stroke. Two groups method todevelop/situation is stroke, stroke by X2test, P <0.05, the difference wasstatistically significant, think in the incidence of stroke treatment groupwas superior to control group. Two groups had no death cases.Conclusion:1.In terms of reducing the number of attacks threatened stroke,eye,bodyacupuncture combined treatment group was superior to aspirin in the controlgroup.2.In reducing the incidence of stroke,eye,body acupuncture combined treatmentgroup was superior to aspirin in the control group.
