Observation On Clinical Effect Of Jin’s Tongue Triple Acupuncture Combination With Jiao’s The Scalp Needles In The Treatment Of Motor Aphasia After Stroke

Objective:To observe the influence of language function in patients Jin’s tongue three needles in combination with Jiao’s the scalp needles with motor aphasia after stroke, contrast with the traditional common acupuncture treatment method, the further development the clinical curative effect of Jin’s tongue three needles in combination with Jiao’s the scalp needles with motor aphasia after stroke. To promote the clinical a certain treatment basis Jin’s tongue three needles in combination with Jiao’s the scalp needles with motor aphasia after stroke.Method:Will conform to the standard of 60 patients, divided into the treatment group and control group 30 cases each. By random method,60 random Numbers, prescribed, An odd number into the treatment group, An even number into the control group. Treatment group used: Jin’s tongue three needles in combination with Jiao’s the scalp needles to treat for motor aphasia after stroke, Jin’s tongue three stitches include:Shang lian quan, left, right Lian quan, Jiao’s scalp needle selection Language brain area. In the control group adopts:Ya men, Tong li,Lian quan. Two equipping hole according to the Physical signs and symptoms. Continuous treatment 5 times of a week, and then rest for 2 days,3 weeks for a period of treatment, two groups according to the specific patient using the same basic treatment, according to the cerebrovascular disease prevention and control guide (2005). A period of after treatment according to the "Chinese aphasia test scale of simplified language function score,record the spontaneous retelling, conversation, comprehension, naming four score. And patients daily life language communication skills (CFCP) score to determine the score of language function, before and after the treatment were compared.Results:For a course of treatment after data showed:Compared within group after treatment, two groups of patients with naming, conversation, understanding and retell score were significantly increased (p< 0.05). The comparison between the two groups:treatment group in spontaneous conversation, understanding, named score (p< 0.05). there are significant differences, and were significantly better than the control group, but there was no significant difference in the retelling score (p> 0.05), two group total effective rate were 90.0%and 66.7% respectively. CFCP score after treatment, two groups of patients were significantly increased (p < 0.05), and the effect of treatment group is better than the control group (p< 0.05).Conclusion:Jin’s tongue three needles in combination with Jiao’s the scalp needles is a curative effect for the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke。This the methods can improve the language communication ability of patients, improve the quality of life, in patients with aphasia after stroke rehabilitation is important.
