Objective: To observe the clinical effect of “Nape Seven Needles” combined with aspirin on threatened apoplexy.Methods: Sixty patients with threatened apoplexy were selected and divided randomly into treatment group and control group.The treatment group received oral aspirin plus “Nape Seven Needles” therapy,while the control group only oral aspirin therapy.After the treatment,compare the variety of TCM symptom score,as well as the blood lipid level,hemorheology index and the occurrence outcome events.Results: The difference of total effective rate,syndrome score and hemorheology index between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The triglyceride level of treatment group has declined compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),while the differences of the other 3 indexes was not statically significant(P>0.05).The treatment group had no cerebral infarction,while 1 patients of the control group round into ischemic stroke,and the difference between the two groups was not significant.Conclusion: “Nape Seven Needles” combined with aspirin therapy can improve the clinical symptoms,as well as triglyceride level and hemorheology index,of patients with stroke aura syndrome more obviously than oral aspirin therapy,which plays a positive role in the prevention of stroke.
