The Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of Du's Manipulative Acupuncture With Gold Needles In Treating The Spasticity Of The Upper Limb In Patients With Stroke

Objectives:To observe the clinical efrfect of Du's Manipulative Acupuncture with Gold Needles in treating the spasticity of the upper limb in patients with stroke.Looking for a more effective treatment way.And to provide the basis for clinical treatment.Methods:70 patients with the spasticity of the upper limb were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.There were the observation group and the control group.Body acupuncture acupoints including Jian Yu,Jian Liao,Shou San Li,Wai Guan,He Gu.These acupuncture points were used in treating the observation group.After the arrival of Qi,then started to take the operation of Du's Manipulative Acupuncture with Gold Needles.Leaving the needle for 30 minutes,and performed it again before the end.The way of acupuncture in the control group were the same as those in the observation group.The only difference is taking reinforcing-reducing technique instead of Du's Manipulative Acupuncture with Gold Needles.Both groups were treated once every other day,3 times a week.4 weeks as a course of treatment.Through before and after treatment,the affected elbow joint activity,modified ashworth,Index scale(MAS),simplified Fugl-meyer movement function rating scale(FMA)and activity of daily living scale(Barthel Index)were used to judge the curative effect of two groups of acupuncture methods.Results:1.The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.1%,in addition,the total effective rate of the control group was 93.9%,the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).2.The FMA of the two groups of patients were higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant after 4 week's treatment(P<0.05).There was statistic difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Figuring out that the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.3.The activity of daily living scale of the two groups of patients were higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant after 4 week's treatment(P<0.05).There was statistic difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).Figuring out that the effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.4.The MBI of the two groups of patients were higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant after 4 week's treatment(P<0.05).But there was no significant difference between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.These two approaches can effectively improve the degree of spasm of the affected limb and promote the recovery of limb function.2.The effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group.The way of Du's Manipulative Acupuncture with Gold Needles in treating the spasticity of the upper limb in patients with stroke can better improve the function of affected upper limbs,and improve patients' ability of daily living.
