The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Sudden Deafness Through Scalp Acupuncture Combining With Ear-three-needles

Objective:Through the use of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat the various types of sudden deafness,we have recorded the recovery of patients with hearing and other symptoms to initially observe and summary the cure rate and effective rate about various types of Western Medicine and TCM syndrome,finally exploring the special effect of combination therapy.Methods:After ordering numbers as diagnosis time,we randomly divided 60 cases of sudden deafness collecting from in-patient department,which meet the criterion of A Guide to the Diagnosis and Treatment of Sudden Deafness(2015 edition),into control group(even number)and treatment group(odd number).Control group used Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Drops and DXMS,while another group added acupuncture.Both groups were treated for 10 days.All dates from the GBD hearing loss classification table(dB HL)and clinical analysis were processed with SPSS22.0 to watch the difference before and after therapy between two groups.Results:After the 30 patients of control group receiving 10 days treatment,their one-time cure rate was 0,two people were cured,five were markedly effective,eighteen were effective,five were invalid,so the cure rate was 6.7% and the total effective rate was 83.3%;After 10 days treatment,the one-time cure rate of treatment group was 0,ten were cured,15 were markedly effective,three were effective and two were ineffective.Therefore,the cure rate was 33.3% and the total effective rate was 93.3%.There was significant difference between the control group and the treatment group(P <0.05).The two groups did not aggravate the symptoms during the treatment.Conclusion:In combination with Ginaton and dexamethasone,which are effective in restoring the hearing of patients.While the treatment with scalp acupuncture and ear acupuncture is better than Western medicine in the degree of hearing recovery.At the same time,some patients with symptoms such as tinnitus,sleep disorders and other relief have a significant effect.
