Medical work is closely related to people’s life and health, through the understanding of domestic and foreign mature medical social work mode can be found in the smooth development of medical social workers to bring the positive role of medical work and life and health, so this article choose the insight into the medical social worker work mode, through the field observation and a semi-structured interview investigation method, collection of medical social work in various work mode of problems and difficulties, and probes into the plight of various aspects reason, medical social workers in order to reduce the blocking, professional work smoothly, to better serve patients and promote the development of medical and health undertakings.
