Multivariate Subject Cooperative Research On Medical Social Work

Since 2009,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued a series of policies such as "Opinions on Deepening the Reform of the Medical and Health System",medical social work has gradually been paid attention to by people.Many hospitals and social work organizations all over the country began to actively develop and explore medical social work,including hospital integration,professional intervention,practice mode and other contents of medical social work.Chongqing C Hospital is no exception.However,in the process of medical social work practice,the social work department of C Hospital is faced with problems such as insufficient professional social workers,lack of medical knowledge,difficulties in integrating medical team and so on In this context,the social work department of C Hospital began to construct a talented team of medical social work consultants and assistants,medical social work interns,volunteer teams,project social workers,etc.,to jointly carry out medical social work professional services,and gradually form a multi-subject cooperative medical social work model.Multiple subject of this paper,taking Chongqing city hospital C pattern cooperation medical social worker as the research object,the integrated use of field research,the structure of the participatory observation,interviews and other methods,under the guidance of structural functionalism theory,explore the plural pattern of each personnel in the cooperative medical social worker set up and present development situation,operation mechanism,effect,etc.,Analyze the independent operation of each talent team in the actual operation process and the relationship between each talent team,as well as the functional characteristics and deficiencies of the model.In the multi-subject cooperative medical social work model of C Hospital,all talented teams take medical social workers as the core and carry out different medical social work services with emphasis on the basis of their own characteristics.In order to have a good and stable operation of the model,the interaction between various talent teams mainly includes management,supervision and cooperation.On this basis,it is found that the characteristics of the multi-agent cooperative medical social work model include solid precondition and basic conditions for the model construction,medical social work as the core of the model,high professional requirements,different service emphases of each role,complementary advantages of each role and cooperation in professional social work services.In the development process of the model,there are some problems,such as lack of talents in each role of the model,imperfect communication mechanism between subjects,incomplete coverage of practical fields,limited and challenging number of medical social workers,etc.In view of these problems,based on literature review and practice,the author suggests to promote the development of the model from three aspects:perfecting the management system,improving the professionalism of each role,and expanding the practical coverage area.
