Objective:With the development of the social and economic, A growing number of cardiovascular patients are with psychological problems. Coronary heart disease (CHD) is a disease of body and mind. Psychosocial factors are significantly associated with the Occurring, Developing and The Prognosis of Coronary heart disease (CHD) with anxiety depression. Anxiety depression is a very important factor. As a result, This study attempts to observe the influence factors of coronary heart disease (CHD) with anxiety depression and explore the syndrome distribution characteristics, further guidance on the clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients with a certain type of group.Methods:Patients in this study were derived from January 2014 to December 2014 at Beijing An Zhen Hospital of the Capital University of Medical Sciences outpatient, were included 144 patients, in which 62 cases of Coronary heart disease (CHD) with anxiety, acute a total of 41 cases of Coronary heart disease with depression, acute Coronary heart disease (CHD) with anxiety depression in 41 cases. Patients were collected through questionnaires history, the specific content includes:SDS scale、SAS scale、Clinical questionnaire according to the guidelines of the risk factors involved in, common symptoms. According to the TCM symptoms, identify the TCM Syndrome Type,Referring to "Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principle". Survey content includes:①Demographic data:The names of the patients、sex、age、professional、number of family members、national、The state of marriage、level of education、nature of work etc.②Clinical symptomatology investigation: There are common symptoms of anxiety、depression and heart; diet、urine、sleep,Tongue, pulse etc.③Past medical history、Personal history、allergy、incentive、emotional factors. ④Western medicine diagnosis, TCM diagnosis. ⑤Coronary angiography and stent implantation, etc. Discrimination of anxiety depression relies mainly on SAS and SDS scale. Data analysis to establish a database, after the application of rigorous audit SPSS19.0 statistical software for data analysis, the use of frequency count data, mean±standard deviation (x±s) said measurement data, compare, using the X2 test.Results:1.The prevalence of Coronary heart disease (CHD) with anxiety depression concentrated in the age 50-69 years old, more men than women. Professional distribution is mental significantly more than manual workers. Body fat is more than thin. Emotional Factors are in anger, melancholy, anxiety and grief.2.This study found that cultural level and are significantly associated with Coronary heart disease (CHD) with anxiety depression (P<0.01).There was a significant correlation between cerebrovascular disease and Coronary heart disease (CHD) with anxiety depression (P<0.01)3.The TCM Syndromes of 144 cases of Coronary heart disease (CHD) with anxiety depression, according to the proportion of low order:Heart Blood-Stasis; Qi deficiency and blood stasis; Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis; Liver Qi Stagnation; Heart and kidney Yang deficiency; Heart and kidney Yin deficiency; Damp abundance due to spleen asthenia syndrome; liver-stagnation and spleen-deficiency; Chest Yang ran sluggish; Vital Energy and Phlegm Stagnation; Liver and kidney Yin deficiency; Heart and liver heat excess; spleen and kidney deficiency; Phlegm turbidity resistance; heart and spleen deficiency; liver-yang hyperactivity; Qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation; phlegm-fire.
