Background:Into the20th century, with the quickly development of economy, the life rhythm of people is accelerated increasingly. As well, pressure is growing on the social psychology."Social-psychology-biological comprehensive medical" model Focus on the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness and cardiovascular disease.(CHD), as a kind of common cardiovascular disease, often leading to acute cardiovascular events, affect the patient’s quality of life Seriously. It may be affected by many factors, and there are some controversies. Therefore, it is necessary to repeatedly studied and discussed this problem, at the same time adding content of TCM symptoms, for guarding the traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy.Objective:Survey the pathogenesis of CHD patients with anxiety, depression, observe the distribution of TCM syndrome types, to analyze its correlation with depression and anxiety, and identify relevant influencing factors.Methods:Adopt the method of random sampling, built in July to December,2013, Nantong traditional cardiology, CHD patients. Record the basic information, and guide the evaluation table filling out hospital anxiety depression scale (HAD-A), hospital (HAD-D), and Observe the incidence of depression and anxiety in patients with CHD, and analyze the related factors. Results:To issue131questionnaires, were120valid questionnaire responses received. In the subjects, the proportion of patients with anxiety symptoms in22.50%; Patients with depressive symptoms in20.00%; pure anxiety (11.67%); Mere depression (9.17%), at the same time there is anxiety and depression (10.83%). All the respondents, the ratio of male patients with anxiety symptoms is24.63%, ratio of depressive symptoms is18.84%; Female patients with anxiety symptoms rate was19.61%, the ratio of depressive symptoms was21.57%.Merge depression of the TCM syndrome type distribution of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome (33.33%), qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome (45.83%), blood stasis resistance (8.33%), qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, phlegm turbidity resistance syndrome, haemorrheological nature heart pulse card each accounted for4.17%; Merger of anxiety of the distribution of TCM syndrome types of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), qi and blood stasis (37.03%), blood stasis resistance (29.63%), haemorrheological nature heart pulse syndrome (18.52%), phlegm turbidity resistance syndrome (11.11%), qi and Yin deficiency syndrome (3.70%); Merge depression, anxiety, at the same time the distribution of TCM syndrome types of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD), and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome (53.84%), qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome (23.07%), blood stasis resistance (15.39%), phlegm turbidity resistance syndrome (7.69%).A major risk factor for coronary heart disease with depression for coronary artery disease progression, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease patients prone to depression. A major risk factor for coronary heart disease (CHD) with anxiety for the course is cerebrovascular disease, patients with blood stasis syndrome, qi and blood stasis are more likely to appear anxiety.Conclusion:Comprehensive hospital of traditional Chinese medicine to higher incidence of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients with anxiety, depression, the main influencing factors as time history of coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular disease. TCM syndrome type concentration distribution in the qi and blood stasis, blood stasis syndrome, qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and as a concurrent risk factor for depression, anxiety, increase the risk of suffering from depression, anxiety.
