Investigation On TCM Syndrome Types And Syndrome Element Characteristics Of Coronary Heart Disease With Anxiety And Depression

Objective: to explore the distribution rules and characteristics of TCM syndrome types and TCM syndrome elements in patients with coronary heart disease accompanied by anxiety and depression,and to analyze the influence of related risk factors on the incidence of coronary heart disease accompanied by anxiety and depression.Methods: Collect inpatients with coronary heart disease with anxiety and depression from January 2018 to January 2019 in the Department of Department of Cardiology,Cadre Ward,and CCU Ward,Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University of Medical University,and record the demographic and four diagnosis information of TCM,and analyze the features and distribution of syndrome.Results: 1.Coronary heart disease associated with anxiety and depression,in the distribution of TCM syndrome type and qi stagnation and blood stasis > gas Yin deficiency of alternating knot > > phlegm stasis qi deficiency and blood stasis intrinsic kidney Yin deficiency > > heart > phlegm turbidity heart kidney Yang deficiency,and qi stagnation and blood stasis,qi and Yin deficiency,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome types of patients with anxiety depression the same degree,the rest of the different syndrome types at different levels of anxiety in the patients with depression.2.A single disease has a reputation for those is given priority to,the heart disease who give priority to with heart + liver syndrome factor combination,sexual card has a reputation for single disease and the highest frequency,followed by blood stasis,sexual disease syndrome factor combination with qi and the highest frequency distribution,blood stasis and phlegm turbidity,illness,disease sex more combinations were multiple factors combination of three factors > two factors > single factor four factors.Conclusion: 1.The coronary heart disease with TCM syndrome type distribution in anxiety depression and qi stagnation and blood stasis is given priority to,accounting for 32.13%.2.The single disease location syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly composed of heart and liver;the combination of disease location is mainly composed of heart,liver and lung;the combination of disease location syndrome is mainly composed of qi stagnation and blood stasis;the combination of disease location syndrome is mainly composed of qi stagnation,blood stasis and phlegm and turbidity;and the combination of multiple factors of the two is mainly composed of three factors.
