Purpose:This study was designed to investigate the occurrence of anxiety and depression after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with coronary heart disease, and to observe the distribution pattern of TCM syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,and to analyze TCM syndromes and crowns. The correlation between risk factors of heart disease, complications, coronary lesions, and anxiety and depression status provides a theoretical and practical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of such clinical diseases.Method:A random sampling method was used to collect 130 cases of coronary heart disease(128 effective questionnaires)from 01 months 2017 to 01 months in the heart intervention clinic and hospitalization Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of traditional Chinese medicine. To guide them to fill out the general situation questionnaire and the anxiety and depression state assessment scale, and to investigate the patients. The incidence of anxiety and depression in the patients with depression and(or)anxiety before and after percutaneous coronary intervention was based on the syndrome differentiation scheme of PCI patients. The distribution of TCM syndrome types was observed and analyzed, and the correlation with anxiety and depression was analyzed.Sex,and explore the related factors, establish a database, use statistical software SPSS 20 for data analysis.Result:1.Of the 128 patients surveyed,54 patients were associated with anxiety(including simple anxiety patients and anxiety and depression),accounting for42.19% of the total, and 44 patients with depression(including simple depression and anxiety and depression),accounting for 34.38% of the total, and 51 with no anxietyand depression. For example,it accounts for 39.84% of the total.2.Among the 128 patients surveyed, the rate of anxiety state was 44.19% in women and 40.70% in depressive state,38.10% in male patients with anxiety and21.43% in those with depression.3.The 128 cases of patients' syndrome distribution from high to low were: Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(32.03%),stagnation of Qi Stagnation(18.75%),qi stagnation and Phlegm Stagnation(18.75%),qi depression syndrome(9.38%),two deficiency syndrome of heart and spleen(9.38%),heart and biliary Qi deficiency syndrome(4.69%),yin deficiency liver depression syndrome(4.69%),spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome(4.69%).4.The distribution of TCM syndromes in 54 patients with anxiety state from high to low were as follows: Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(31.48%),qi stagnation and sputum Stagnation(27.78%),stagnation of liver qi stagnation(22.22%),qi depression syndrome(12.96%),spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome(5.56%).5.The distribution of TCM syndrome in 44 patients with depression was from high to low in order of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome(31.82%),stagnation of liver qi stagnation(27.27%),qi stagnation and Phlegm Stagnation(20.45%),qi depression syndrome(5.56%),spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome(5.56%),yin deficiency liver depression syndrome(5.56%).6.The main risk factors for the anxiety state of the patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were overweight, cerebrovascular disease, multiple stent implantation, and anxiety in patients with qi stagnation and stagnation of Qi and phlegm. The main risk factors for depression after PCI were: female, over 70 years old, arrhythmia and multiple stent implantation. In conclusion:1.In patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,female patients are more likely to suffer from anxiety and depression than men.2.The TCM syndrome types of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI were concentrated in the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis, stagnation of qi stagnation,qi stagnation and phlegm stagnation,qi stagnation, deficiency of heart and spleen, deficiency of heart and spleen, deficiency of heart and biliary gas,yin deficiency and liver depression.3.The TCM syndrome types of patients with anxiety depression after PCI weredistributed in the syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis,qi stagnation and stagnation of phlegm, stagnation of liver qi and qi stagnation and qi depression.4.The risk factors of anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI include: women, patients over 70 years old, overweight, cerebral vascular disease and arrhythmia, and multiple stent implantation.
