Research On The Model Of New Rural Planning And Design In Guanzhong Area

Guanzhong area is one of the birthplace of Chinese Civilization, the traditional farming areas, the aggregate areas of village, and the congestion areas of Agricultural population. Guanzhong area's ecological environment is fragile. Problems of the rural areas bear the brunt of. As the planners have the "City Center" bias for a long-term and have been lack of attention to rural areas, the rural planning of Guanzhong area lags. The rural areas generally at the state of indulgence, random, freedom, scattered, inefficient and backward, must obtain more attention and research urgently.From the point of industrial structure and unit structure, this paper researches the same structure of the rural characteristics and determines the layout of the village from the individual pattern extend to the village of the same type is feasible. Well, in terms of different geo-spatial pattern between urban and rural areas, new countryside is off into three types:village in the city, suburban village, villages far from the city.
