| The development of social economy has brought many urban problems,such as population,transportation,resources,etc.,and rail transit is an effective tool to deal with these problems.When more and more of the city has just begun to enter the era of rail transit,in Beijing as the representative of the metropolis in the mature urban rail transit network based on,began to extend to the edge of the area,from solving the problem of urban internal turn to guide the development of marginal zone.In this context,how to make use of the existing rail transit development concept,combined with characteristic of urban fringe area,develop local station area planning strategy to become worthy of in-depth study of the problem.TOD concept was born in the specific urban problems,and for a long time in the specific construction projects,is a solution to the development of space practice tools.Nowadays,the TOD concept applied to the research of the surrounding area of the rail transport site has become an academic consensus,and the domestic and international rail transport is also all use TOD theory as a guide tool.This paper attempts to TOD concept as the theoretical basis to explore rail transit and relationship between the marginal zone and two of around rail transit stations affected by,in combination with the environmental characteristics of urban fringe and domestic and international mature case based on,summarized the suitable urban fringe of rail transit station surrounding planning strategy.Firstly on the basic research of TOD theory do detailed discussion,as the theoretical basis of the rail transit station planning applications.Then from the natural environment,land use,industry,population,transportation and other multiple aspects of rail transit and suburban areas are under the influence of attribute of the basic conditions for the construction site planning,on the base of understanding the particularity of Metropolis Fringe Area,the detailed investigation and study of Beijing edge area code type of rail transit stations and analysis they achieved in the process of rail transit construction experience and the existing problems,and puts forward the edge area of rail transit station planning focus and requirements,and summarize the edge area of rail transit station planning characteristic.Finally,the planning strategy of the surrounding land use in the urban fringe area is proposed,such as function location,land use layout,transportation system and external space.Finally,to Beijing Guogongzhuang station of TOD mode planning as an example.An example shows that the planning strategy how to apply to the urban fringe of rail station. |
