Research On The Development Strategy Of Rural Communities In The Metropolitan Fringe Area From The Perspective Of Urban-Rural Integration

China’s urban and rural planning has entered a new stage of high-quality development.In more developed metropolitan areas,urban-rural relations have gradually entered an accelerated period of integration and development.In the process of urban-rural integration and regional coordinated development,as the key point and weak point of metropolitan integration development,whether the development of marginal towns conforms to the new situation of urban-rural integration and the law of regional coordinated development is not only related to the sustainability of their own development,but also related to the coordinated development at the regional level and the integrated development at the urban-rural level.With the deepening of rapid urbanization,the development connotation and goals of towns and villages in metropolitan fringe areas are more complex and diverse.The existing development paths of towns and vil ages are difficult to adapt to the new situation of urban-rural integration,and there are many problems such as dislocation of urban-rural hierarchical structure,insufficient coordination of regional division of labor,and collapse of township development power.Therefore,it is an important issue for the development of China’s metropolis and its fringe areas to explore a reasonable scale of township research and a healthy and sustainable strategy of township development,so as to make it fit the foundation of township development and conform to the transformation trend of urban-rural relations,so as to realize the grassroots stability of urban-rural development in metropolitan areas and the coordination and efficiency of regional development.In view of the above problems,taking Beijing as an example,from the perspective of urban-rural integration,this paper makes a systematic study on the value cognition,theoretical analysis,delineation of rural communities and development strategy of rural communities development in metropolitan fringe.Firstly,based on the re-examination of the connotation and goal of township development in metropolitan fringe from the perspective of urban-rural integration,this paper systematically analyzes the development dilemma of township in metropolitan fringe,and then recognizes the value and necessity of rural communities development.Secondly,this paper deeply analyzes the development theory of rural community in metropolitan fringe area from the aspects of connection dimension,collaboration level,association mechanism and demarcation method,and puts forward the principle and basis of demarcation of rural community,and builds the general idea and specific technical route of demarcation of rural community with "multi-level collaboration" and "multi-dimensional association".On this basis,taking the township in the marginal areas of Beijing as an empirical case,the evaluation index system was constructed by entropy weight-TOPSIS method to measure the development capacity and judge the types of 86 township in the marginal areas of Beijing,and combined with the three methods of "type clustering analysis,connection strength measurement and spatial correction",the rural community delineation and community type identification were carried out in the marginal areas of Beijing.Finally,this paper puts forward the development strategy of rural community in metropolitan fringe from two aspects: macro-urban and rural areas,middle-level rural community and micro-township individuals,and multi-dimensional industrial cooperation,life sharing and governance coordination,in order to serve as a reference for guiding urban-rural integration,regional coordination and sustainable development of townships in Beijing and other metropolitan fringe areas.
