Analysis On Gas Desulfurization Project Management Mode In Liaocheng Power Plant

Gas desulfurization in thermal power plant is the key and important way to increase air quality and improve ecological environment conditions.In order to ensure the smooth process and success of gas desulfurization project in Liaocheng Power Plant,this thesis analyzes the problems that may lie in this project management,It suggests its suitable project management mode and designs its own implementation programs.This thesis analyzes the conditions that Liaocheng Power plant is facing using ways of SWOT analysis.Using modern project management theory,it accordingly puts forwards a kind of PMC+Partner management mode in Liaocheng power plant project,which covers the four key management requirements in safety,quality,process and cost and designs the non-conference management system in project supervision,At the end of the thesis,it makes more statistics and analysis on the implementation process and effects,and draws the preliminary conclusion.It also puts forward some suggestions for project management.The research of this thesis has made positive effects on successful implementation of gas desulfurization project in Liaocheng Power Plant and it also offers some reference for project management analysis of other enterprises.
