Research On Project Management Of Desulfurization Tower Of A Machinery Company

With the advent of the era of global economic integration,China's manufacturing enterprises are facing a huge impact,which are in a critical period of transitional reform.It will be the main direction that the application of project management mode instead of the traditional standard process management mode.The main purpose of this paper is to verify the applicability of these methods and tools according to applying modern project management theories to the practice,and on the contribution of these tools and methods to the typical project management of manufacturing enterprises.First of all,define a series of concepts including project management?project item? manufacturing enterprise project management and other aspects.And then describe the characteristics of project management of the construction company.Then discriminate the different awareness between the academic community and business community.The paper also studies the interrelation of several management mode including the organization management,schedule management,quality management and cost management.Secondly,this paper briefly introduces the basic situation of A Machinery Company and desulphurization tower project while introduces the management status of project management,project management,quality management,schedule management and cost management in detail.Thirdly,the problems existing in the desulfurization tower project of A Machinery Company are analyzed,including the defects of the linear functional organization model,the unsuitability of the enterprise quality assurance system under the project management mode,the lack of dynamic control of the construction schedule,and weaken ability of cost control.Finally,in terms of these problems mentioned above,this paper tries to optimize the management methods of some typical events or steps in the project based on the modern project management tools and methods.And then plan and design the control flow of organization management,quality management,schedule management and cost management again.If the project management of A Machinery Company's desulfurization tower can be optimized,which is based on the modern project management theory as well as the modern management tools and methods,it will not only greatly improve the company's management level but also provide useful reference for the following activities.
