With the rapid development of the automotive electronics technology,the communication between the electronic control devices are also more and more complex,and most of the traditional automotive electrical systems using a single point-to-point communication mode,and the electronic devices has little contact with each other,resulting in a large amount of cabling system.So the traditional system has been unable to meet the more complex control requirements.And the CAN bus came into being,it is widely used in automotive electronic control system for the implementation of intelligent vehicle control components and automotive control system network to provide an effective means and methods.This dissertation study the Automobile Electronic Control System based on CAN.The following works have been presented in this project.Firstly,introduce the current and development trends of the international automotive electronics technology,compare the mainstream of today's automotive network technologies,analyzes several current popular fieldbus performance and characteristics,and then study the CAN-based automotive control systems.Furthermore,describes the system hardware design and development process. Determine the module's design based on the actual needs of the system.Describes the specific function of each control node,details the main controller circuit,CAN communication module circuit,lights control circuit,wiper control circuit,locks motor control circuit,window motor control circuit,rear-view mirror control circuit, switch detection circuit modules and other hardware circuit structure.Moreover,describe the software design and development process.Introduce the communication processes of the CAN communication module system,describes the program development process of the system's sub-module,present the program structure and software design processes of the lamp control module and the door control module,take the front left headlight controller unit and the former controller unit as the example to describe the structure of the main controller,lights control, motor window control and the rearview mirror control procedures.Finally,describes the reliability design process of the system,analyze the interfering factors of the system's design,propose the corresponding anti-jamming measures,and then realize the control system's functions,such as the motor windows control,lights control,wiper control and rear-view mirror control and other functions.From the work which has been done in this project,the conclusion can be draw that Automobile Electronic Control System based on CAN is feasible and useful.
