The Research On Living Environment Comfort Design Of High-rise Housing In Cold District

The living environment which is closely related to people's lives has caused widespread concern.As a result of population quickly increasing and urban land being short,as well as the continuous development of technology,high-rise housing have more and more appeared in our lives,at the same time it have brought a huge impact on people's lives.On the one hand, the characteristic of high-volume and low-density in high-rise housing eased the conflict between urban land short and the more needing of residents for housing,saved the urban land, released the ground,and got more greenbelt area;On the other hand,because the long-term neglect about the psychological needs of residents,the high-rise housing brought adverse effects on the residents lives,such as having a sense of insecurity;being away from the ground and cutting off the contacts between man and nature;lacking of a sense of belonging; poor exchanges etc.,which made the residents interpersonal relationships faint,and it is not good at the residents - especially the elderly' and children' mental health.In addition regional climate factors also have impact on living comfort condition.Neglecting the natural state and blind copy are bound to affect the living quality.Thus,when the house were enough to meet people needs,we began to have a higher demand on high-rise housing living environment quality.Meeting the demand of residents psychological comfort,paying more attention to communication among people,environment and building,achieving a comfortable living environment,which were the necessary requirements for high-rise housing study,and made a further request to the future design way of architect.This article analyzed the problems of high-rise housing in cold district from the point of view of the living environment comfort,made detailed analyzing in environmental psychology,behavioral science,thermal theory,and the sunshine environment,air environment,sound environment,landscape environment,belonging sense,field controlling, exchanges space.At last it put forward the advice on living environment comfort design from the point of the view of layout,building design,energy-saving measures,as well as outdoor public space,to improve the high-rise housing living environment,and reflecting the harmonious between man and nature.
