| With the development of technology and the change of concept,the problem of comfort of living space has been raising to a new height as well.High rise complex building is a kind of architectural form which is composed of many kinds of functions.East China is one of the most early and vigorously developed areas of high rise complex in China.There are 34%of completed high-rise complex buildings located in this areaCommercial,office and living constitute the three basic functions of high rise complex.Living space in high rise complex is also divided into two types of residential apartment and hotel.Residential functions,including residential,apartment and hotel,are basically maintained in the proportion of 50%in high rise complex.As the exploration and practice in a new dimension,the comfort of living space in high rise complex is significantly different from the traditional low level or multi storey residential living space when it is based on integrity of high rise complex,living mode and function and environment of space.The comfort of living space is a kind of index which is used to measure whether the space is suitable for living.Therefore,in order to carry out a scientific and objective research of the comfort of high rise complex living space,it is necessary to transform the qualitative research into the research of vector to establish a reasonable method for evaluating the comfort of high rise complex living space and evaluate the related projects.In order to achieve the comfort of living space in high rise complex,it needs to be human centered and the resident is always the starting point and the ultimate goal.Designers and builders should not only make the occupants have housing but also should enable occupants live happily in the living space.And they should design and develop a comfortable living space in high rise complex from three major directions which include integrity of high-rise complex building,living mode and function and environment of space. |
