| Today, with the development of construction technique and the cities become more and more crowded, the high-rise dwelling, as a symbol of modern science and technology level and also reflect the capability of conquering and reforming the nature, to a certain extent, settled the contradiction of the population growth and the want of land resources.However, besides its common characters as a house, the high-rise dwelling also brings many problems: ecological equilibrium and the original city-view have been broken; the city-sight becoming unitary while lost its individual character and specific regional culture; the traffic becoming more and more crowded while the air has been polluted; 'skyscraper-syndrome' makes people pessimist, disappointing, selfish and hard-hearted; the crime rate and the death rate in high-rise dwelling are high because of its design defect as well as the energy consumption of high-rise dwelling is also high because of its huge shape. It is an urgent matter that how to design the appropriate and satisfied high-rise dwelling with the modern techniques.This paper mainly studies the design methods and the needs of high-rise dwelling by analyzing the high-rise dwelling' s emergence and development; besides, the knowledge of sociology and environment- psychology has also been used.Five parts below make up the whole paper:1. (chapter 1) Determine study framework and methods. Through analyses the study background and sense, it make clear that the content studied in this paper and what will be expanded next. 2. (chapter 2) Review the emergence and development of high-rise dwelling. Firstly the paper reviewed the formation of typical high-rise dwelling design thinking, and then analyzed the necessary of build large amount high-rise dwellings in China.3. (chapter 3) Raised some questions in designing high-rise dwelling and analyzed them. Firstly, the effects on people' s behavior and their psychology have been given by analyzing how the standard needs of people' s behavior and psychology in high-rise dwelling effects the environment characters of high-rise dwelling. And then find out what is the people' s real needs in high-rise dwelling from the needs of typical group in high-rise dwelling, the differences needs of high-rise dwelling and the transformation needs of high-rise dwelling.4. (chapter 4 and 5) Solve the problem. It gives the answer that how to design the satisfied high-rise dwelling by studying the reasons restricting in designing safety and satisfied high-rise dwelling.5. (chapter 6) Look forward to the future design trends of high-rise dwelling.The research of this subject provides some practical design strategies for creating satisfied high-rise dwelling. And maybe these design strategies will be the valued and useful references to design high-rise dwelling in future China. |
