Along with the acceleration of city modernization process, a great demand for construction of traffic facilities is increasing. The influence of subway construction to the adjacent structure becomes the focal point in subway engineering. Therefore, we must take reliable measures and effective management in the construction process. The settlement of adjacent structure and ground must be controlled by strict quotas, according to constructs environment control standards. Only in this way the adjacent structure can be safety. Applying safety-risk technical management system, this paper puts forward the procedure, method and contents of the environment safety-risk technical management when metro construction, combining the risk engineering that Beijing Subway Airport Line Dongzhimen Station under crossing existing Line 13 , aiming at the difficulty, focal point and influence to close buildings(structures) in Beijing metro construction. It is used for guiding this type of project construction and management, ensuring smoothly progress. Engineering practices show that safety-risk technical management system for metro risk project management can effectively insure the engineering and existing buildings (structures) available.
