The project of Hefei Metro Line 4 is in full development.The three completed metro lines have large positive poles,which are convenient for people's life.Line 4 is now in the Fenglehe road to Yulan Avenue section.The upper underground layer of the section is mainly clay,the middle layer is silty clay,and the lower layer is completely weathered Sandy Rock.It is difficult to construct underground,so it is timely It is of great significance to carry out the research on risk management of Hefei Metro Line 4.According to the construction stage of Hefei Metro Line 4,this paper analyzes and studies the risk factors of each stage,evaluates the level of these risk factors,and puts forward relative control measures.The main research and work contents are as follows:First of all,from the research background of risk management,the purpose and significance of risk management are studied.Taking the development status at home and abroad as a comparison,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of risk management research in China.Based on the case study of Hefei Metro Line 4,this paper studies the safety management of shield construction of metro project,analyzes the general situation,construction environment,geological and hydrological conditions of the project,and combines the construction methods and technological processes used in the project,and adopts brainstorming method,expert investigation method and structural decomposition method to analyze the construction environment,construction management,materials and equipment of Hefei Metro from three aspects Identify the risk factors of the target section of line 4,list the risk factors of the project,and establish the risk system of the target section of Hefei Metro Line 4.Then,according to the identified risk factors,the risk matrix method and expert investigation are used to legally analyze the risk factors of Hefei metro line four,and the level of these risk factors is summarized.Then,the AHP is used to calculate the relative weight of each risk factor.The two methods of risk matrix method and AHP are compared,mutually supporting and integrating the two methods to determine each risk factor Evaluation level of risk factors.Finally,through the evaluation level of these risk factors to study some prevention or control measures,through the more advanced computer real-time monitoring system used in the project,it can be very timely and clear to find some problems in the shield,and then combined with the shield construction quality measures,safety measures,under buildings and pipelines and accident emergency treatment measures to study The risk controlmeasures and schemes are proposed for Hefei Metro Line 4.These measures can be applied in the construction of Hefei Metro Line 4,and also provide reference for the same type of metro projects.
