With the development of China's social economy,the function of the city is becoming more and more perfect.The public demand for public transport has led to the rapid development of the subway.The subway project is conducive to the development of the commercial and real estate industry around the metro area,which is conducive to the alleviation of urban traffic pressure and the realization of energy conservation and emission reduction projects.However,due to the limitations of underground space,long construction period and large investment features,subway projects have many unsafe factors.Experts and scholars at home and abroad have obtained some research achievements on the risks of subway construction,such as analyzing the relationship between accident investigation,risk analysis and safety management,and establishing the risk identification system.This paper proposes that the construction process of metro should be used to strengthen the risk management relation of project construction.Risk evaluation theory and study in order to realize subway construction safety,for the purpose of using principle and method of system engineering,to identify and analyze risk factors existing in the construction work,judge the possibility of project safety accident and the damage degree,put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,provide the basis for scientific management.For this,this article embarks from the subway construction risk identification,the important link of the construction of decomposition,using the method of expert interview and literature research,the environment risk,technology risk,management risk and resource risk set the four aspects as primary index,under the various indicators and secondary indicators are elected,establish a risk evaluation system;The correlation analysis method was used to select the index and eliminate the repetition index and the invalid index.Then,according to the expert questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process,the risk index weight was determined.Next,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to evaluate the key indicators of risk control based on the evaluation results.Finally,the construction safety risk control organization was established,and the important risk factors were taken to take the control measures one by one.
