In recent years, shield technology is first large-scale used in the Beijing subway tunnel. The Beijing subway tunnel shield technology was studied in this thesis, to provide guidance for selecting shield and subway shield tunnel construction in the future.The research objection of the thesis was shield tunnelling adjacent to existing structures of the 10th and the 4th for Beijing subway line. By compare practical construction parameters and theoretical calculations, researched and summarized shield tunnelling adjacent to existing structures in Beijing subway. The main content and conclusion as follows:(1) Introduced general review on the status of shield tunnelling adjacent to existing structures of home and abroad, according to hydrogeological condition of the 10th and the 4th for Beijing subway line, put forward the problems of construction of shield tunnelling adjacent to existing structures.(2) Studied the selecting shield and shield parameters of the 10th and the 4th for Beijing subway line. It was realized EPB machine was always applied in Beijing subway construction.(3) Put forward environment impact control standard ,shield thrusting parameters and recommended reasonable parameters , and the property of the material ,the grouting process and parameters of the simulated grouting and supplemental grouting while subway tunnel through the bridge pile, railways, civil and industry buildings , underground station.(4) Put forward the method of monitoring and surveying while shield tunnel through the constructionThe research results have strong forward-looking explore, and have some instruction and reference to the future relevant projects.
