The world economic globalization and the information society bring enormous challenges to China's industrial design. Since China's industrial design start too late, the research of methodology is not enough, especially the respect of product innovation is also a lack of theoretical research. If China's products innovative want to get a faster development, it requires a substantial amount of research and exploration.Today, industrial products have gradually from the traditional mechanical products to the integration of mechanical and electrical products. The market competition is increasingly fierce, and the consumption concept is changing, the product's modeling and function is no longer the main factors that the customers have decided to purchase it. And such as product innovation, modeling appearance and pleasant of factors are increasing be attention, these occupy a prominent position. It makes enterprises promote the design which face on innovation, modeling and ergonomics a new height when they design the new products. So they need an urgent broken of the research of product design to raise the level of product design and market competitiveness.According to the current form of product design concepts, the paper introduced the system theory to innovative products design, and by using the systematic pattern of thinking and systems operation to guide product design and development. Through collated the system theory knowledge and combined with modern design concept, get the concept of systemic design and the systemic design form. Through analysis, review and summarize impact on all aspects of product design, and these aspects will be reduced to the "thinking and understanding" and the "technical in design process". The two have built the two main factors of product design process, and they can be seen as a product innovation's "left-hand and right-hand". And then they formed into the two subsystems of products and innovative design. According with its different internal elements, and based on analyzing there combination relation, aggregating the principle and looking for the methods of innovation in the two subsystems, and then built the library for them. Based on the features of the product, the paper optimized the choice and combination of the methods with the hope of getting a best and wonderful programmer. Finally used all these methods to gather a system of innovation product design, and built the system model, and then get a way of modeling innovation product design.
