Research On Product Shape Innovation Design Based On Fractal Theory And Algorithm

Nowadays,the word "innovation" has become a part of the development of scientific information,which promotes the development of science and technology and the improvement of life quality.The basis and carrier of product innovation is the source of sustainable development of products.Designers and design organizations rely mainly on subjective experience and feelings of product shape innovation design,the synthetically the product shape is depend on the brain that deal with analysis and design of innovative solutions,this way there is no systematic rational scientific theory support,lead to form design results are arbitrary and subjective uncertainty.Therefore,combined with the interdisciplinary fractal theory and fractal algorithm,this paper proposes a new method of product form innovation design,which breaks through the traditional thinking of form design,enriches the theoretical system of product form innovation design,and provides a more scientific and rational new design idea for designers.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the research status of product form design,fractal theory and algorithm at home and abroad is summarized and analyzed,and the research steps and methods are formulated.Secondly,the characteristics of fractal theory and algorithm are analyzed and various methods of product form design are introduced.Third,the use of pure code programming,human-computer interaction and visualization software for innovative empirically,using fractal software analysis and design of product shape innovation 2 d and 3 d performance,formation of product shape innovation design groups,comparing advantages and disadvantages software,and the innovation research results is analyzed,for the late results provide a theoretical reference to the research on the optimization of product shape innovation.Fourthly,the optimization research was carried out according to the population results of the preliminary design scheme,and single and multi-factor methods were adopted to analyze the optimization rules of product form innovation design.Finally,the feasibility and realizability of the innovative design method are verified based on theory,software demonstration and optimization.
