At the beginning of the industrial revolution,the aesthetic problems of industrial products were attracted by many scholars and enterprises.Social practice has proved that aesthetic value is an indispensable part of a successful product.Since the 21 st century,the aesthetic culture has become increasingly prosperous,especially the development of cultural and creative industries,so that the status of product aesthetic value has been improved.Today,under the guidance of national innovation strategy,all walks of life are using digital,network and intelligent technology for product design innovation and supply side reforming.In the new situation,the aesthetic value of the product,whether it is connotation or extension are changing.Product aesthetic value is not just an added value,but the spokesperson of product "quality".Based on the disciplines of design,this paper tries to break through the narrow understanding of the aesthetic value and its design form of product in the past,and to solve the aesthetic value of product in a holistic,systematic and dynamic way from the perspective of discipline-crossing and innovation.And made a systematic exposition of design innovation path of product aesthetic value from the perspective of enterprise.Firstly,clarified relevant basic concepts based on the status quo.This paper puts forward the basic concept,basic characteristics,carrying factors and influencing factors of the aesthetic value of product on the basis of analyzing the present situation of the research on the aesthetic value about product from the aspects of product aesthetic value,product aesthetics design and product design innovation.The basic concepts,basic characteristics,principles,objects and effects of the design innovation of product aesthetic value are expounded after analyzing the inherent logic and natural relation between product aesthetic value with design innovation.And expound the orientation changing of design innovation about product aesthetic value.Secondly,on the basis of the principle analysis,the design innovation dimension of product aesthetic value is put forward.The design innovation content of the product aesthetic value is divided into three dimensions which are modeling sensory,functional experience,and image connotation under theguidance of the basic principles such as system science principle,collaborative design principle,aesthetic demand theory and path dependence theory with the feedback of the questionnaire.Then the internal logical relationship between the three dimensions are analyzed,and the content,innovative elements and methods of each dimension are expounded.Thirdly,based on the design innovation dimension of product aesthetics value,the author discusses the three aspects of the design innovation path include positioning,operation process and risk prevention and control system with reference to the general process of product innovation.Firstly,the methods and strategies of design innovation of product aesthetics are put forward in four aspects: strategic positioning,dominant mode positioning,get-in mode positioning and conceptual positioning.Then builds the design innovation operation model about the design innovation of product aesthetic value around the five dimensions which are innovation driving force,innovation input,innovation subject,innovation content and innovation output.Finally,according to the principle of risk prevention and controlling proposed in this paper,the author puts forward the design risk prevention and control measures of product aesthetic value from four aspects: risk prevention,risk aversion,risk transfer and risk recovery.Finally,in order to comprehensively and comprehensively demonstrate and perfect the above theories and methods,the design innovation path about the new energy vehicle Tesla is analyzed deeply around the design innovation orientation,the design innovation operation process and the risk prevention and controlling of product aesthetic value.
