During the mature period,the product structure is finalized,the process is mature,the homogenization phenomenon is serious,and the competition is fierce.Users are often unable to clearly express their true needs,leading to the pre-design needs mining at the dominant level,the design direction is vague;in terms of technical problem solving,it relies more on the designer's experience and intuition,lacking "traceable" Solutions,resulting in insufficient efficiency and effectiveness of product innovation.To realize the innovative design of mature products,it is necessary to find a method that can help researchers accurately obtain the direction of innovative design and solve technical problems,and achieve an effective connection between design needs and problem solving,so as to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product innovation in mature stage.To achieve the purpose of solving the serious problem of homogenization of existing products.In response to this problem,this article builds on the rooted theory and the existing research of TRIZ to build a collection of application processes and models based on two theories and methods,take the stroller as an improvement object,and acquire the early users of innovative design through the rooted theory research method.Demand focuses on the core categories as the main direction of innovation and improvement;through TRIZ problem analysis and solution tools,to achieve the identification and resolution of main problems,the main work of the paper is as follows:This article first understands the current situation of mature product innovation improvement and the problems it faces,and researches the existing innovation improvement strategies and methods,and puts forward the concept of mature product innovation improvement collection based on grounding theory and TRIZ.Then elaborate on the rooted theory,the content and methods of TRIZ principle,analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the two in the direction of innovation and improvement and problem solving,and summarize the combined application prospects of the two theoretical methods in the field of product design.Constructed a collection application model based on two theoretical methods,using a stroller as an object,using an open interview method,and deeply digging into the user's purchase and use experience.According to the grounded theory,through three-level coding,the product technology system,The core category of the needs of stroller users represented by user experience and marketing models;with the help of high-frequency word analysis of user's cognitive intention text,the main direction of innovation and improvement of the stroller with product technology system was determined,and the core category of product technology system was selected The four groups of high-frequency words are regarded as the current main needs of children's strollers and the main problems that need to be solved;the main problems are the functional analysis of the strollers,the establishment of functional models,and the positioning of the key problems that lead to the main problems,as a design entry Points;according to user needs and technical data integration,determine the attributes of key issues,according to the different attributes of the problem,match the appropriate tool in the TRIZ problem solving system,obtain standard solutions,and transform into innovative and improved solutions.Finally,the innovation and improvement of the children's stroller frame adap tability and strain ability to the obstacle road,the control and adjustment ability of the steering wheel on different roads,the seat height adjustment and adjustme nt method,and the versatility of the stroller function are used as examples And program display.The study used the stroller as a case to demonstrate the application of the collective model,demonstrated the feasibility of the model and method steps,and established an orderly logic and process from design direction identification to problem extraction and solution acquisition to achieve There are traces of product innovation breakthroughs,which can provide reference and reference for the innovative design of the same type of products.
