As these results, the new knowledge on the theory of Engineering, which accumulates and innovates continually, exerts more and more important functions to which promote the development of our country's science and technology.Fast development of economic society changes people's production and life style deeply, and meanwhile, it also puts higher demand forward to higher engineering education too. This needs higher engineering education meets the development of our times, depends the goal to cultivate the talents of engineering to improve the economic of our society.Universities and colleges as the mainly training place of higher engineering education, it regards the talents of engineering's cultivation as the main content, serves for economic development directly to our country. And it also plays an important role for conveying the new technology labor force and promoting the science innovation pace.Practice is the base of the engineering, and the Practice Ability training is the core of the Engineering Education.
