Higher Vocational College Research On Multi-level Talents Training Mode Of Jiangxi Manufacture

Since the beginning of the 20th century, manufacture has become a key development target of core industries in Jiangxi province. However, the development prospect of manufacture is far from being satisfaction, one key problem is lack of highly skilled employees, which has become a central paradoxical that restricts the development of manufacture. Consequently, tracing the development state and development tendency of manufacturing industry, analysing the demand features of all levels of mechanical engineering talents, researching the mechanical engineering talents training modes of higher vocational colleges which based on Jiangxi provincial conditions, have an important instruction significance and reference value in driving economic growth of Jiangxi province. This paper makes a research mainly based on these aspects as follow.1) Make a research on the development of manufacturing industry and requirements of diverse levels talents. Firstly, researching the development state of manufacture through analyzing data statistics and examples, then summarize the strength and weakness of manufacture development, and actively search the development idea. Secondly, this paper makes an analysis of mechanical engineering features and personnel characteristics. Finally, make a statistics based on the training circumstance, then spread analysis talent requirements of Jiangxi manufacture.2) Through make a research based on the characteristics of train mode on the mechanical professional personnel, raise a suggestion of integration teaching mode which used to cultivate higher vocational colleges machinery engineering talents. First, this paper summarizes the development of domestic and oversea higher vocational colleges that receive ssuccessful experience and achievements, which offers stronger evidence that the integration teaching mode is absolutely feasible. Second, according to the current situation of Jiangxi higher vocational colleges, dissect the problems exist in colleges, which confirms the necessity of training mode reform taken in the higher vocational colleges. Furthermore, this strongly proves that the integration teaching mode is high-efficiency. 3) Higher vocational colleges which adopt the mode can highly raise the professional competence, the learning method, social ability of students. First explore the implementation strategy preliminarily from Professional setting, curriculum system, teaching methods and teaching evaluation; and then put forward some requirements that are necessary for constructing integration teaching mode such as the government policy and financial support, the teaching environment and hardware facilities equipment requirement and the teachers' comprehensive professional capacity requirements; At last, we can get the conclusion through the teaching practice that higher vocational colleges adopt the integration teaching mode to improve students' comprehensive vocational ability received good effect.
