Research On Integrated Application Architecture And Human Resource Management For Agile Maintenance

Agile maintenance is an advanced technology that can support high quality operation for advanced manufacturing system under time restriction. With the development of the manufacturing technology and the increasing requirement of the reliability and economy, agile maintenance will be used in more and more fields. Based on the development and research status of the maintenance technology and agile maintenance, the integrated application architecture and human factors engineering application architecture for agile maintenance are investigated according to the existing problems and shortages in the agile maintenance research.Firstly, integrated application architecture for agile maintenance is studied in accordance with the characteristics of agile maintenance. Based on the ten characteristics of agile maintenance application system and the manufacturing system condition classification, a condition-based agile maintenance strategy for manufacturing system is worked out. And then the functional structure and the integrated application design for agile maintenance are accomplished.Human factors in the agile maintenance process are studied,especially those which affect maintenance quality and maintenance efficiency. Some implement methods are proposed for human factors engineering application in maintenance environment design and serviceman management. The integration technology of human factors and human resource management in agile maintenance is carefully studied. On the basis of adequate understanding of the basic function of human resource management system, an agile maintenance human resource management method is put forward, which applies human factors in human resource management system and achieves effective management of the most crucial, most active and most unpredictable resource of the maintenance resource.Finally, According to the theoretical investigation and technical research of agile maintenance, hardware and software platform of agile maintenance human resource management prototype system based on Browser/Server mode is designed and the prototype system is developed.
