Recently years,with the development of city urbanization,the demands of city traffic construction also increase substantially.It brings development of the bridge&road construction enterpriseIn progress of the business,multiple projects are operating at the same time,the management of projects increasingly powerless,and it also brings many problems.In this paper,we take a local bridge&road construction enterprise in Nanjing-Nanjing DB Engineering Co.,Ltd as an example,study the project management and control system.With the development of Nanjing DB Engineering Co.,Ltd,the quantity and complexity of projects have a substantial growth,and the location is more and more farther from Nanjing.Many proprietary items appear losses which is unexpected.The boss work hard to find a way to solve this problem,for example,to draw up variety of project management systems,but the effect is poor because of weak enforcement.Managers feel inadequate on project management and control.In order to strengthen the project management,to promote the development of the company's monitoring,it is desperately needs to research and rebuild the management system.This paper first introduces the background of Nanjing DB Engineering Co.,Ltd,and reference to the experience of domestic and foreign on project management and control in construction enterprises.Based on company's development strategy,size of the project,project management team competence,organizational structure,management system,process system,responsibility system,performance appraisal system,the traditional business culture and so on.Scheme design on several parts which include:objectives of the project management system,enterprise culture system,project organization management system,project process management system,comprehensive budget control system,project human resource management system,the project department service system.Then implementation on the standard project management operation mechanism,project operation information feedback mechanism,implementation of the project construction operation standard,the comprehensive budget promoting management,cash reward and punishment.The above measures were implemented on selected unit and get some good results.The experience was also used on Nanjing DB Engineering Co.,Ltd,and enhances the project management and control effect.Project Department was all promoted level of project management,project profitability,and improving the internal management system.Enhance the cohesion between Project Departments and Corporation effectively.The operation of projects becomes strong support to the company's development strategy.Formed a benign interaction on company's macro strategy plan and projects' micro tactics.Promote the development of the company,continued,monitoring,and stability.
