Research On Project Total Integrated Management Based On Integration

With the high-speed development of China economy, the annual amount of in-vestment in fixed assets remained at double-digit growth. In the rapid development of the construction industry, construction management was not coordinated with the de-velopment, the overall level was not high, there was a variety of problems and defi-ciencies, the most prominent thing is the environmental pollution and the worker safety issues overlooked. ISO9000, ISO14000, OHSAS18000 series of standard is the leap boosters to promote enterprise management level, three criteria were quality, envi-ronment, employees which focus to help enterprises to establish quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety man-agement system, in order to improve management, increase enterprise efficiency.First of all, this paper expand objective management system and added the envi-ronmental objective and occupational health and safety objective into the integrated target system on the basis of the theory of integrated management. Combine different working content and nature of task at decision making and planning stage,design and planning phase, implementation phase, and put forward three stages of the integration target system. Then, this paper analyzes feasibility and the necessity of the quality management system, environmental management system and occupational health and safety integrated management system, and propose establishment and implementation process of establishing Total Integrated Management System. Finally, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to construct the Total Integrated Management System of comprehensive evaluation method, then, shows an example to calculate and validate the method. Through the analysis of the results, the paper puts forward Suggestions to improve comprehensive integration management system optimization and and strategy.
