The Design And Implementation Of Equipment Maintenance System Based On TnPM Management Model

In the maintenance and repair of today’s equipment,TnPM management model has been widely used for its standardization and improving the efficiency of maintenance.On the basis of using this model,all kinds of services in the process of equipment maintenance and repair can be managed as a whole and created obvious economic benefits.However,in the process of carrying out the work,subject to many objective factors such as departments,some business processes are still normative problems,there are defects in the handling of handover.Therefore,based on the existing problems and using TnPM as the management mode,the equipment maintenance system is developed based on the background of tobacco production enterprises.In the design and implementation of the system,the SSH framework,such as Hibernate,Struts and other integrated technologies,have been adopted.The Hibernate framework includes components such as Session Factory and implements object-oriented database operations through JDBC.The Struts framework is responsible for the business aspects of the foreground presentation,including components such as Action.The Spring framework is applied to the business processing level.Oracle11 g is a technical form applied to data management,which can make full use of the bandwidth of the server.The equipment maintenance system based on TnPM management mode has realized the field management,professional maintenance management and so on.In the professional maintenance management,the maintenance plan and work order can be managed and summarized,and the equipment will be repaired and the log information will be generated during the maintenance process.Shift management takes care of various types of handover records,such as maintenance,leaf drying,etc.,as the core.In the field management,we can manage the training records and single point courses,and the users can enhance their professional skills as a platform.The management of spot inspection and maintenance can be dealt with in the maintenance management.After the system is formally applied to a tobacco production enterprise,it has played a significant positive significance.In the maintenance work,the processing methods such as maintenance application,maintenance order and so on have been further standardized,and the responsibilities of technical personnel and responsible persons of various departments have been clearly defined and communicated more smoothly.In the process of application system,the training mechanism can be adopted,and the professional skills and qualities of maintenance personnel will be improved continuously,so as to improve the ability and level of business handling.In addition,based on the application of this system,TnPM management mode can play a more active role in the equipment maintenance work,its full value can play better,help in the implementation for various enterprises and institutions in the real landing management mode,and create a more significant economic benefits to provide adequate facilities condition.
