As a resplendent pearl in the crown of industrial manufacturing,gas turbine has been vigorously developed and maintained by various countries.As an important platform for gas turbine performance testing,operation and maintenance,gas turbine test bench plays an important role in the gas turbine industry.After nearly half a century's development,virtual instrument technology has gradually formed a system composed of sensors,data acquisition units and computers.In this paper,virtual instrument technology is applied to the construction of gas turbine test bench.According to the parameter measurement requirements of a certain type three-axis gas turbine,a set of data acquisition system of gas turbine test bench based on graphical programming language Lab VIEW is compiledfor a type triaxial ship,including gas turbine data acquisition system and hydraulic dynamometer data acquisition system.The hardware part of gas turbine data acquisition system selects mature data acquisition station and use redundancy design to ensure the reliability of the system.The software part adopts the modular design,collects the data sent by gas turbine's sub-systems,and completes the reception,display,storage,query and printing of whole gas turbine test data.According to the output power requirement of gas turbine,the data acquisition system of hydraulic dynamometer has completed the overall hardware layout design and software control algorithm design.When selecting the control algorithm,the PID control and fuzzy-PID control are used respectively,the theory domain and membership function are determined,and the corresponding fuzzy control table is made.In the simulation,the superior performance of the fuzzy PID controller is determined,and the on-line parameter self-correction of the controller control system is realized.After the programming is completed,the overall debugging of the test bench data system is carried out,and all the debugging results are excellent and fit the requirements of gas turbine operation.
