Studies On Fault-Testing Methods Of Hydraulic System In Farm And Water Engineering Machinery

Along with the technology that combined machinery, electricity with hydraulic being applied, the trouble in the hydraulic system of farm and water engineering machinery was more and more complex. The fault of hydraulic system should be correctly tested and diagnosed in time in order to bring into play its advantage and enhance productivity and benefit. The test of hydraulic system was black box question. The working process which was not nature couldn't be observed. The main tasks in the test of hydraulic system were how to find the reliable token inside and outside system, analyse the state of system and diagnose the trouble. In order to well finish that work, the advanced test methods were needed besides the professional knowledge and experience.The methods which test hydraulic pump, cylinder and distributor were summarized through lots of test in laboratory and field. Those methods not only could be applied in testing hydraulic components while it leaved factory but also in testing the fault of hydraulic system.The main parameters which could reflect the performance of hydraulic system were pressure, flow, leakage, temperature and speed. So in the test process the principle was from easy to hard, hydraulic component which was wrong was found through observing and analysing. Then it was connected to the hydraulic experiment table or non-disassembly test with portable test instrument in the field.Through different chucking, hydraulic component which was convenient for take-down was test with DN-G100 hydraulic experiment table in laboratory. Because DN-G100 hydraulic experiment table in main parameters could satisfy the test and the diagnosis of most hydraulic components of farm and water engineering machinery Through tested hydraulic pump, cylinder and distributor, the methods and steps of fault test and performance experiment were summarized.For the hydraulic vehicle and equipment been wrong in field, the pressure, the flow, the power and so on were test with portable test instrument. The wrong hydraulic component was found.
