This paper presents the exploiting work of hydraulic system CAD, Which is based on the practical facility QCS014A teaching experiment table. Based upon the thinking of software engineering, firstly, this paper analyzes the requirement of developing the hydraulic CAD and gives the system architecture ; then analyzes the requirement of user and the existent objective problem and establish the design principle, the function modules, the selection of software and hardware platform, the establishment of object-Oriented data structure of graphic element. After this step this paper designs the interface of Hydraulic CAD, the ActiveX Controls of standard hydraulic elements based on the COM technology and realizes all functions.The paper discusses the hydraulic schematic CAD means which can use computer mouse to map out hydraulic element graph block to lap the hydraulic system. The paper takes meter in timing loop as an example, ascertaining the meter in timing loop interelement logical data structure, presenting the topologic structure chart of the graph objects. With the unique identification, it can determine the connectivity of the loop. Comparing to the standard meter in speed control loop in this experiment platform, it judges intelligently the loop you have designed. At the same time,it can set the property parameter of each graph object and the joint factor of these graphics. With the property parameters it can evaluate this loop parameter. With the joint factor it can evaluate the spatial arrangement of loop and the connected relation. Ultimately it can evaluate the loop you have designed.Using popular program languages visual C++ and MFC exploit ActiveX controls of standard hydraulic elements. Firstly applied the COM technology in research and development of hydraulic CAD software. Then improving the reuseing and vindicating of software.Through it is exploited for facility, it can be used in all the hydraulic CAD systems. And the ActiveX controls can be used in all kinds of developing platform.
