Realization Of One High-speed And High-pressure Pump Test Table

Hydraulic pump is the dynamic component of hydraulic system that runs as the heart of the hydraulic system, so its performance has a tremendous influence on the stabilization of the hydraulic system. Therefore, the research about the hydraulic pump dynamic performance has significant meaning for the hydraulic system operation. At present, under the positive national policy of revitalizing the equipment manufacturing industry, developing high-performance hydraulic pump bring forwards a hotpot over all the country. Furthermore, it is necessary to take the accurate estimation for hydraulic pump performance with advanced test system. Combination of mechanics-electrics-hydraulics integration and computer technology is the development tendency of the hydraulic technology; it plays an important role in improving the test environment, forecasting components performance, conducting overall analysis and assessment, shortening design cycles and improving system stability.Aimed at the high speed and high pressure hydraulic pump test and control system key parts structure modularization and performance, this paper carries out the theory analysis and the detail research work is as follow:1) Investigating and analyzing the domestic and foreign high speed and pressure hydraulic pump test bench at the present stage ;2) Calculating the high-pressure and high-speed hydraulic pump test system according to the relevant test technical parameters; Carrying out the schematic design for the key modules and whole package of hydraulic pump test bench;3) Achieving construction layout design of the high-pressure and high-speed Hydraulic pump test bench based on the modularization;4) Develop a high speed and high pressure hydraulic pump test and control system with the Virtual Instrument LabVIEW software.5) Verifying the hydraulic pump test system cabilities by means of testing of a high-pressure and high-speed hydraulic piston pump.Based on the theory analysis and test result, the performance of our designed high speed and high pressure hydraulic test bench meets the high performance hydraulic pump research and development.
