Research & Development Of Power Plant Equipments Integrated Management System

For power plants, equipments are the important matter and technology elements to perform their process. The management level and using efficiency about equipment affect management and function of plant directly. Firstly, the paper introduced the developing history and research status of equipment management mode abroad and home, and pointed out the abuses on manpower management taken by many power plants nowadays, which explained the necessary and urgency to establish equipment integrated management system in power plant. Secondly, based on the analysis of the system function goal in the facets of equipment basic maintenance, work management and repair management, the system structure could be divided into eight function modules, system management, equipment basic maintenance, basic information management, changing management, running management, lubricating management, report management, assistant information query, and so on. Contacted to the requirement, the database structure was designed and the tables in it were related. According to them, it introduced the function structure design of all the modules in detail. Finally, the system was developed, and the software was explained by the part of the running interface.
