| J Automobile Co.,Ltd.was established in the late 1990 s as a Sino Japanese joint venture.Since its establishment,its welding workshop has consistently followed the preventive equipment management mode.With the continuous expansion of the company’s scale,the manufacturing process of each workshop is constantly updated and iterated.As the workshop with the highest application level of manufacturing equipment in the whole factory,the welding workshop is also constantly improving its automation level.However,the comprehensive efficiency of equipment OEE is greatly reduced,which brings great pressure to the achievement of annual production goals.In this context,the management of welding workshop of J company decided to reform the equipment and production management of the workshop,implement TPM production management for all employees,and improve the overall efficiency of equipment OEE.Based on the research and application of TPM theory,this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the OEE of welding workshop equipment.In view of the equipment loss and management loss caused by OEE reduction,TPM theory and methods such as preventive maintenance,improved maintenance,maintenance prevention,predictive maintenance and smed rapid mold change are adopted to formulate targeted measures for implementation.Through the above methods,strengthen the equipment maintenance management and production management of the welding workshop,effectively reduce the equipment failure loss and mold change loss,improve the overall efficiency of the equipment,and optimize the operation of the workshop.This paper introduces the case of leading TPM activity in welding workshop of J Automobile Co.,Ltd.,analyzes and discusses the problems encountered in the production and operation process of the factory by using a large number of data and picture data,and puts forward the methods for improvement,which has certain reference significance for the equipment management and TPM promotion of the production department of the manufacturing enterprise. |
