Highway electromechanical system includes subsystems such as toll collection,monitoring,communications and power distribution etc.It has a large number and complex types of equipment which distributes widely in every province and connects the whole country.It plays an important role in ensuring the safe and stable operation of the high-way and promoting economy development.With the development and innovation of information technology,ETC,unattended automatic issuance,mobile payment(online payment),ambiguous path recognition(real vehicle track identification),HD network monitoring and other new products have been applied broadly,the highway electrome-chanical system becomes more and more intelligent.The management of highway increa-singly relies on electromechanical equipment and the efficiency of equipment mintenance guarantees the traveling safety.Based on the study of electromechanical equipment management system in our country and abroad,we have developed a new intelligent highway electromechanical system by ourselves which meets the actual needs of a state-owned highway management company in Shandong Province.According to the requirements,we designed the overall framework and detailed functional modules for the system which has a friendly interfaces for PC and mobile users.The innovations of this system are following:Firstly,this system is comprehensive.It incorporates information of equipment,personnel and vehicles into the system.So a series function such as the basic data access management,online real-time monitoring of equipment status,maintenance and preventive maintenance management,online spare products sharing management,cost management,maintenance personnel management,and precise vehicle management can be realized in this system.Secondly,this system is extensible.The system is accessible via wechat,which reduced the labor intensity,saved maintenance costs,and improved the management level while improving the communication efficiency of system users.This system is guided by software engineering theory,based on B/S framework,adopts object oriented Java language development and all designed function can be available both on PC and mobile phones.Since it has been used for six months,it has greatly improved the efficiency of maintenance and management of highway electromechanical equipment,reduced maintenance costs.The equipment can be repaired in time and less broken equipment is found.We have initially achieved the goal of fine management and precise maintenance,and achieved the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of management and educing costs and expenses.
