Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) not only can increase the time starting rate of existing equipment, improve product quality, but also can reduce the number of purchase production equipment, to achieve the purpose of controlling costs.Originally OEE has been widely in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) theory, for improved and monitoring efficiency of production equipment. And it is often used as a measure that has been applied in TPM and Lean Manufacturing (LM) theory.On the basis of in-depth study and research on the theory TPM and OEE calculation method, combined with J’s equipment management, analysis of the various types of equipment efficiency loss in the production process. And J’s production equipment is divided into three categories by ABC classification method. Class A and class B equipment are satisfied and monitored OEE. To calculate and analysis the OEE statistics, and create an OEE loss analysis model. Draw causal analysis figure, organize relevant personnel to discussion the loss of equipment by panel discussion. And the focus of analysis of the six losses which caused by inefficient equipment, and proposed improved program. On this basis, combined with the continuous improvement ideas, to design and develop a set of equipment management system based on OEE, which not only has the functions of equipment OEE monitoring and management, and to the work like management of equip maintenance and preventive maintenance has assisted guidance effect. At present, the system has been implemented in the J run widely recognized, running well. |
