| My country is a big oil producer,but the amount of use is also increasing.It puts forward higher requirements for the maintenance of refueling equipment.It is more and more troublesome to report for repairs by humans.It is often impossible to repair and maintain the refueling equipment in the first time.It is relatively primitive,so the establishment of a maintenance management system for fueling equipment is imminent.At present,there are many equipment management softwares in China,and there are also many refueling management softwares,but after investigation,we found that many of them do not meet the current needs,such as refueling location management,or only have a single function.Therefore,the fueling equipment maintenance management system cannot be purchased,and can only be customized and developed.Based on the research of equipment maintenance requirements of refueling,this thesis adopts Java EE platform,MVC design pattern and SQL Server database to develop the core module of equipment maintenance business of refueling.Firstly,according to the specification of software requirement analysis,the thesis discusses the overall function overview,detailed business function requirement analysis and the process of non-functional requirement analysis of the maintenance management system of refueling equipment.Then,based on the requirements analysis for refueling equipment maintenance management system architecture design,function module design and database design,the overall architecture of the system is emphasized,logical architecture and physical architecture,function structure and the equipment management module,maintenance module,the spare parts warehouse module,test inspection and statistics module design process,also based on functional module design process of the database table and entity relationship.Finally,based on demand analysis and design,the core module of the maintenance management system of refueling equipment was implemented and tested,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the development scheme of the maintenance management system of refueling equipment were verified through the test.In conclusion,through the deployment and application of the system,the refueling center can maintain and manage the refueling equipment of all stations in a unified manner,and can allocate maintenance tasks scientifically and reasonably,improve the utilization rate of resources,and reduce the cost of equipment maintenance and management.The research and development of the refueling center is of great significance. |
