The reliability of power generation equipment is not only related to the stable operation of power plant,but also has a profound impact on the production efficiency and production safety.To do a good job of equipment information management can make a certain contribution to ensure the reliability of equipment,developing a more perfect equipment information management system can improve the quality of the information management.It also has positive significance for improving the quality of the whole plant production.This thesis makes the following research on the PC server and client development of equipment information management system of thermal power plant in this context:Firstly,this thesis introduces the basic architecture of the PC server and client of the thermal power plant equipment information management system and the demand analyzes of each module.This system is a C/S architecture program written in C# language.PC client includes nine modules:equipment management,operation management,work-ticket management,reliability management,staff management,supply management,OA system,defect management,check management.The development of modules realize the combination of equipment management,operation production,spot check,overhaul and plan arrangement and check the reliability of the equipment.To some extent,the work quality of plant equipment management can be improved.Secondly,the reliability status of the equipment is evaluated and analyzed.This thesis use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the reliability of the equipment.It introduce the principle of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and set up the mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.By evaluating the reliability status of the water pump,the results of the reliability of the water pump are obtained.Finally,the design and implementation of the equipment information management system of thermal power plant are introduced in this thesis.The design of the database and the logic design of each module are introduced in detail,and the function implementation of the software is presented in detail.At present,the program has been put into the practical application of power plant and has good application effect.
